Ah this pregnancy, each e-mail that I receive wishing me happy birthday my eyes just get full of tears.

And on the top of it I’m completely stoned with the new dosage of the Methyldopa that my doctor prescribed me, people talking on the phone with me asked if I was ok haha I guess I sound very groggy, well I don’t know what to do anyway, I prefer being like that rather than have my blood pressure going through the roof.
